The short version: We don't collect your personal data through any Into Orbit Publishing app. All of our apps store your data locally on your device. This website uses no tracking cookies. We will never sell your data to anyone, ever.
Into Orbit Publishing ("Into Orbit", "we", "us", "our") operates the website intoorbit.co.uk and publishes mobile applications, including NODO and Entries, along with any other apps we release from time to time. We are based in the United Kingdom.

Every Into Orbit Publishing app is built on the same principle: your data stays on your device. None of our apps collect, transmit, or store your personal data on our servers. Anything you create or enter within our apps — including notes, entries, progress, statistics, or preferences — is stored locally on your device only. We have no server-side access to it.
We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or crash reporting tools within our apps that would transmit your data to us or to third parties.
Some of our apps request additional device permissions to enable specific features. In every case, the same principle applies: the data involved stays on your device and is never collected by Into Orbit Publishing.
Some apps also support Android's built-in Auto Backup feature and/or an in-app manual export feature. Where offered, Auto Backup may include an app's data in your device's backup to your own personal Google account — this is between you and Google, and Into Orbit Publishing has no access to it. A manual export, where offered, creates a file for you to save or share wherever you choose; the destination is entirely your decision.
If any of our apps offer in-app purchases, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). We do not receive or store your payment information. Purchase verification is handled directly between your device and the relevant platform. Their privacy policies apply to those transactions:
The intoorbit.co.uk website does not use tracking cookies, analytics platforms, or advertising pixels. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from visitors to this site.
If you contact us via email, we will use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry. We will not add you to mailing lists or share your contact details with third parties.
Our apps are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 through any Into Orbit Publishing app. Because our apps store data locally and collect no personal data at all, this is straightforward to maintain across our whole catalogue.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information via email or any other channel, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
As noted above, data created within our apps is stored locally on your device using your device's standard storage mechanisms. We have no server-side access to it. If you delete an app, its data is removed from your device (subject to any backup you've separately created via Android Auto Backup or an app's own export feature, where offered). We recommend using an app's export feature, if available, to save a backup before uninstalling.

The only third-party services involved in distributing our apps are Google Play and the Apple App Store, which handle app delivery and purchase processing under their own privacy policies (linked above). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these platforms.
Where an app uses voice dictation, this relies on your device's built-in speech recognition service, which — depending on your device — may be provided by Google or your device manufacturer. Where an app supports Android's Auto Backup feature, that backup is provided by Google if enabled on your device. Neither of these is controlled by Into Orbit Publishing, and we encourage you to review Google's own privacy policy for details on how they handle data processed through your device's operating system.
This website does not use cookies. None of our apps use cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — including as we release new apps or features. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
