The short version: We don't collect your personal data through the NODO app. The app stores your game progress locally on your device. This website uses no tracking cookies. We will never sell your data to anyone, ever.
Into Orbit Publishing ("Into Orbit", "we", "us", "our") operates the website intoorbit.co.uk and publishes the NODO mobile application. We are based in the United Kingdom.

The NODO app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. All game data — including streaks, statistics, completed puzzles, theme preferences, and notification settings — is stored locally on your device only.
We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or crash reporting tools within the NODO app that would transmit data to us or third parties.
If you make an in-app purchase within NODO, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). We do not receive or store your payment information. If you contact us via email, we will use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry. We will not add you to mailing lists or share your contact details with third parties.
NODO is designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Because NODO stores all data locally and collects no personal data at all, it is suitable for use by players of all ages. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information via email or any other channel, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
As noted above, all NODO game data is stored locally on your device using your device's standard storage mechanisms. We have no server-side access to this data. If you delete the app, your data is removed from your device. We recommend using the in-app Export feature (Settings → Data & Backup) to save a backup before uninstalling.

The only third-party services involved in NODO's distribution are Google Play and the Apple App Store, which handle app delivery and purchase processing under their own privacy policies (linked above). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these platforms.
