Open the grid

Every day a new grid appears containing a hidden word. Every tile in that grid is a letter from that word — and only that word. No red herrings.

Connect the letters

Tap adjacent tiles to spell out the hidden word in any direction — horizontal, vertical, or diagonal. Tap back to undo a letter.

Come back tomorrow

One puzzle per day. Keep your streak alive. Use your daily hint if you're stuck — but it'll cost you your no-hint streak.

Common questions

Yes, completely free to download and play. The daily puzzle, past puzzles, stats, and Pressure Mode Season 1 are all free forever. Seasons 2–10 are available as a single one-time in-app purchase of £1.79.
Every letter in the NODO grid belongs to the hidden word — and only that word. There are no decoy letters, no filler, no noise. This makes the puzzle feel completely fair, while the repeated letters from the word create genuine challenge. No other word grid game does this.
Each Pressure season is a 50-level challenge with its own word theme — Nature, Space, Ocean, Food, Science, Cities, Music, Sport, Abstract, and Mythology. Season 1 (Nature) is free. Unlock all nine remaining seasons with a one-time purchase. Future seasons are included in that same purchase.
In Pressure Mode, solving a word in under 5 seconds earns a Speed bonus (+1 second). Solving two words back-to-back within 8 seconds earns a Combo bonus (+2 seconds). Both stack with your normal level bonus.
Classic and Night are free from the start. Dusk unlocks at 10 puzzles, Moss at 25, Ember at 50, Tide at 100. Frost unlocks with a 7-day no-hint streak, and Sol with a 14-day no-hint streak. Obsidian unlocks with the Pressure seasons purchase. The exclusive Pressure theme unlocks after completing 10 seasons.
NODO is available on Android now. Download it free from the Google Play Store.
Your progress is backed up automatically to Google Drive. You can also export a manual backup from Settings → Data & Backup before reinstalling, then restore it afterwards to keep your stats, streaks, and season progress.
